Bahrain authority is still using deadly birdshot, last victim is child Sayed Mahmood Sayed Mohsin
In 21st May 2014, the Bahrain authority by using the birdshot caused child death, Sayed Mahmood Sayed Mohsin 14 years old from Sitra island, who was the last victim of this deadly weapon. Sayed mahmood died immediately after he was shot from close range in the chest. The use of this weapon caused death tens and wounds of hundred, at least. One month ago Bahrain SALAM published a report which prove that this weapon is used to murder and to cause maximum damage in victim body.
Bahrain Salam reaffirm, and as per it’s lately report, that the birdshot is used to kill, Sayed Mahmood death was a direct result for not banning the export of this weapon and its ammunition from the countries of origin, hence Salam demand immediate intervention of the international community to stop the bloodshed and major violations in Bahrain.
